The FIM Supermoto World Championship travels to Switzerland

After one month break the FIM Supermoto World Championship will be back in action this weekend in Lignieres, one of the calendar's news additions, to celebrate the fifth GP of this season, the Grand Prix of Switzerland.Right now the Word Championship Leader is the French Thomas Chareyre, (TM Factory Racing) who left Croatia with a shining performance consisted of three races victories , and he has a comfortable advantage of 31 points in front of Mauno Hermunen (TM SHR)The finnish rider, very fast aboard his TM , doesn't have good luck this season. In Rijeka he had to settle for a second place on the podium due to an injury to his left wrist after the crash in Saturday's qualifying.Third position in the S1 point standings is now for the italian Ivan Lazzarini (HM Honda Racing), the most regular rider in the championship, who missed podium only in Bulgaria.Fourth position for the defending World Champion, Adrien Chareyre (APRILIA Fast Wheels) who has to train hard to conquer the podium this week-end.
